GhostTown is a 3D Studio Max plugin that allows the creation from a few city blocks to a full city in a few steps speeding up immensely the workflow.
For the past few months I am using the GhostTown Lite version but soon I am planning to buy the full fat edition since I am impressed with the work that Killad has put into the plugin.
